It's always fascinating to hear people like Vincent speak about their work, philosophies and concepts.

Very enjoyable and very helpful in understanding the design ideas behind the VC watches.

It is so clear how this pieces, as Vincent explained, pay homage to their 260 year history, but are always "of their time" and not retro pieces.  There is absolutely nothing retro feelng about any of the VC lines (save for the Histriques, maybe) to my eye.  Timeless, but of their time.  I love that (even if he (or the subtitle-ist) did not say it EXACTLY like that.)
