As mentioned in a previous post, I decided to do a week of wristshots from Sept. 1 - Sept. 7. I have to admit that I picked this week because it is not a "normal" week for me, as it included one of my trips back home to the US. This means travel and opening up boxes with watches I haven't had a chance to see in awhile. I always try to wear/carry all my watches, but I don't always get a chance to do so, therefore this has been a good week for me.
Sept 1: working in Shanghai, picture taken in meeting room.
Sept 2: short travel day, on plane from Shanghai to home in Beijing
Sept 3: long travel day, on plane from Beijing to New Jersey
Sept 4: jet lag means an early morning, and an American Breakfast!
Sept 5: just got this one back from VC Service, had to wear it for the day
Sept 6: just assembled an outdoor rocker for the backyard today. After taking a shower, strapped on my newest VC (from 1937) and enjoyed a cool drink outside
Sept. 7: I wanted a grey dial, and found this interesting one to add to my small, vintage, Grand Seiko collection. From 1969, with a Hi-Beat 33,600, automatic, cal 6146, movement.
So if anybody else decided to join in, please post your week of watches in this thread. Even if you do not a full week, post any wristshot you have.
Also, Happy Labor Day to my fellow American Loungers!
