La tienne est vraiment belle!
Very interesting lugs. Is that a 1912?
I am waiting for a red gold
...this model IMO looks better with the white face (sorry, Radek)
Une montre tres elegante, even with the bad photo
.....Thanks for the nice comments.
I'll share this personal story about this watch. When my mother passed this watch on to me after my father's death, she included a note. She had given my brother my father's Patek, a gift from a trade organization, because it had my father's name engraved on the case back and my brother's name was the same as my father's.
In her note, my mother explained that the Omega was really my father's favorite watch because it was an anniversary present from her. So when I wear the Omega, which is about once a week, I always have a sense of memories, tradition and love. Pretty cool, eh?
love stories like that thanks for sharing.
Very, very cool.
I know the feeling.
I have my father's old Tissot from the late 1940's which I had restored a wear. I have the same feelings every morning when I wind it.
