judging from its design. The dial looks refurbished (just because it looks too white) and the seconds hand is not original.
As for a vintage box I have seen some on ebay (moderator please delete reference to the auction site if against rules) but they often go for very, very high prices.

Your watch looks to be from late 40s to early 50s (love those lugs!) and most probably houses a caliber 453 with swan neck fine adjustment.
The seconds hand is not original, it should be in the same metal color as the case and other hands and just doesn't look fit for this watch (the "tail" of the hand is too long).
The only way finding a box would be via ebay, I've never seen vintage watch boxes anywhere else but as Tourbillon stated you should be prepared to pay a rather large sum as these boxes often go at high prices.
