Where's the Light Diffusing Ring in the Overseas 4500?

In the recent article on developing the Overseas 3 (Overseas 4500v), Christian Selmoni (CS in the interview) said,

CS: I would like to talk about the dials, the raised peripheral ring inside the dial diffuses the light in an amazing way. This tiny ring is diamond-polished and this is a little extremely subtle detail . It demonstrates our care for all details.

After looking a photos of the OS3 4500v, I was unable to discern the raised peripheral ring inside the dial. Does anyone know whether its A, B or C? (See image.) Or did I miss it completely?

Overseas 4500v

The tiny ring in the middle (A) actually looks like two rings, a partial ring stacked on another ring. Anyway, it was a great article on the development of the OS3 and gave lots of love to my humble OS1--understated elegance, indeed!. I hope someone knows which ring it is and how it diffuses the light inside the dial. Also, is such a ring inside the OS1?

It's the ring with no markers, in between your "B" and "C"

It is very difficult to capture in photos, but noticeable if you look for it with watch in hand and moving it around to catch different lighting angles.

This is new to the Gen. 3 OS, doesn't exist on Gen. 1 or 2.

Hope to get my hands on one to try

Thanks Dan. Next week I'll be going to the TimeCrafters show in NYC, and Vacheron Constantin has a booth there, and I will try to get to try one on. Now that I know where to look, I can give it a try.

Cheers,

Bill

Hi Bill, sorry.  The ring is actually the one below "B" with no markers on it.  It is sandwiched between the two rings with markers, but it is below "B", not in between "B" and "C" as I stated earlier.

The one place I didn't suspect

Hi Dan,

Thanks again. How did you find that? It was an area that I looked at, but I just didn't think it was the circle.

Is it the outter or inner ring or is it the ring made up of those 2 rings?

The one place I didn't suspect

This is a watch I really want to get!!

Hi Bill, a picture is worth a thousand words

I did a very quick and sloppy edit to your picture.  The area I "painted" in red is the location I was trying to describe (as "the ring without markers, right below your 'B'")

Hi Bill, a picture is worth a thousand words

It certainly is and not a moment too soon!

Thanks Dan!

I am lookiing forward to seeing this incredible watch!
