two beautiful limited edition VCs...
12/09/2007 - 16:35

Congratulations Jim, they are both amazing, thank you for sharing the pics!!

The US LE OS is definitely edgier and sportier than the "normal" edition...

As Xerxes said, they do compliment each other very well. However, do you have a favorite? Which will will get more wrist time?

Wear them in good health!

Cheers,

Veillotron

Veillotron,

I think the Overseas will get a little more wrist time as I like ruggedness and of it and in general the sportier look fits my lifestyle more.  I also like the size of the Overseas.  It fits my wrist perfectly and I like the wide leather strap. The 1907 will get wrist time when I can wear it without fear of scratching or banging it against something. The 1907 still takes my breath away everytime I see it.  It is the VC watch that got my attention and since then I have been more and more captivated by all of VC.  Of all the major watch makers, VC has become my favorite.

Next, I hope to aquire the same watch that you are dreaming of, the QP Excellence Platine!  My AD is expecting delivery in January.

Kind Regards,

Jim

I am happy to hear...

...that you are also considering the QP Excellence Platine... I do hope that you'll get it!

To be honest, I am not sure how quickly the edition will be sold off. There are only 50 pieces done and it is a beautiful watch, but at that price how big can the demand be (especially since a lot of potential buyers will have bought in the previous yeas a 47112)?

My guess is you should have enough time to see it in the flesh and think about it seriously before having to commit.

Awesome V&C timepieces - congratulations!

Once you get the VC bug you really can't stop...

Happened to me a few years ago. And it's a never ending love-affair...

And I have to admit I do not own any other watches than VC, it's just my favorite and only brand :-)

Radek,

I am beginning to understand the VC bug.  I wonder if I will follow suit?

Jim

I'm sure you will! nt

CONGRATULATIONS.

Very nice watches. I suppose that if you have these 2 you don't need any other watch. (Don't let your wife read this.) "May this watch always show happy hours - for you yourself, your people, and the peace of this world." George

George,

"Need" is the key word.  My wife does not need more than 50 pairs of shoes but that does not stop her!

Thanks for the kind words.

Jim
