Each year on the eve of the opening of SIHH we hold an Hour Club dinner where a gruoup of VC collectors gather together in Geneva and catch up, meet and have a great time together and mainly talk about what they expect to see the next day at SIHH.
These dinners being in high demand we held two on Jan 17 and 18
The guests gathered for an evening of fine food, wine, watches and great company in a private home in the old town of Geneva
Benjamin Luizy (on the left in the picture below) was the chef in charge of our evening, he is young and extremely talented and considered one of Switzerland's top chefs. The gusts could spent time in the kitchen and watch his team preparing our delightful amuse bouches
Dinner was served in the dining room with a menu around "revisited" Swiss cuisine
After dinner we headed back to the living room for a taste of Japanese whiskies and a lot of watch talk
No faces shown to protectthe innocent but all in all it was a fantastic event and one that I look forward to each year as its great to catch up with old frends and meet new Vacheronistas
