I am trying to find information on a Vacheron Constantin Chronometre Pocket Watch.

The case number is 213779 and is stamped .750 (18kt.) with an engraved date of April 7 1912.

The face is marked Theodore D. Starr, New York as is the presentation case.

By the mechanism on the side of the watch, I believe it is a repeater.  Have not opened the case to find the movement number.
