January 31, 12 16:42 Alright!  The movement appears to be around 11 lignes, which is indeed smaller than the "typcial" V&C 13 ligne JMV minute repeater calibre of the 1950s.

Also, my research suggests your movement may actually be circa 1910!  There are two examples of minrep V&C movements from that era having been constructed in 1909 and 1913, but cased and sold in the 1940s, and one has numbers close to yours, while the other is of similar 11 ligne size.  This would not be an unusual or unexpected development considering the value of these movements.
