VC Overseas - problems with sporadic use.

April 10, 12 15:37 I plan to use the VC Overseas Chrono less frequently, because u have another watch for daily use.
I ask:
- How often should I use to not damage the movement?
- Once a month or less frequently?

It is recommended that the VC everyday use or make use of watchwinder he is not in thewrist.
